Do you want to learn or perfect in wingfoil? Benefit from not one but three private lessons to become the sliding expert.Private lessons are adapted to the needs and your skill level. The instructor who will be responsible for supervising you will provide you with personalized instructions (1 person per course) to help you progress and improve your skills.
This training takes place at Port Mahon Sigean, a perfect setting for learning.
First, yourinstructorwill get to know you to discuss your current level and the goals you have set for yourself. Then, we will help you choose the right equipment and show you how to prepare your board. We will do a warm-up before any exercise to avoid possible injury.
Now for the activity, you will receive precise instructions and you will learn different positions to navigatecorrectly at sea. The goal is to manage your sail strong> by positioning it perfectly according to the wind for controlled steeringand perfectly executed turns. Don't worry if you have difficulty at first, this is completely normal. It is a sport requiring a minimum of training before knowing how to perform these movements, and then if you fall, the water does not is not cold, we are in the Mediterranean.
Your instructor will show you throughout your course through demonstrations the right gestures to do, you will have quality teaching which will allow you to progress at your own pace.
Please note that private lessons are a great way for learners of all levels to focus onspecific skillsand progress more quickly than in a group lesson. It also provides a more comfortablelearning environment.
