Are you passionate about water sports and have you decided to start practicing Wingfoil? We recommend our private lessons with personalized teaching adapted to your level.

The course takes place in Sigean, on the Mediterranean, an excellent place to learn and progress while benefiting from aparadise location.
The lesson begins with an introduction to wingfoil equipment, including the board, sail, mast and foil /strong>. Your certified instructor will be able to show you how to put them together before you can go sailing.

Then, once on the water, you will be introduced to the different basic techniques to get on the board and balance on the foil. This includes positioning exercises, adjustment of the angle of the sail and orientation of the board to optimize your stability.
You will also learn how to steer with the sail, depending on the wind, and thus be able to take tight turns.

The Mediterranean is really the best point of water to progress, because it is known to be calm and very windy.
As you progress, the instructor can help you perfect your technique by giving advice and correcting mistakes. You will be able to perform jumps, and other advanced moves, of course this will depend on your experience.

The course can end with a free navigation session where you can put everything you learned during your course to good use.
