Your instructor will explainthe fundamentals of surfing, how to read the waves and how to navigate the water safely. Now that the theory is understood, it must be put into practice. Your instructor will take you into the water and ask you to perform different surfing techniques. You will have to adapt your position to the wave, to the roll, but above all, have fun. Your instructor will be there to perform a few demonstrations and correct your mistakes to help you progress as much as possible. At the end of the course, there will be a question and answer session to find out what you liked, what you would like to improve and the teacher will also try to give you his opinion on your level.
