Discovery surf lesson in Seignosse - 1h

Do you love the water and want to learn how to balance yourself on a surfboard and ride the waves? You've come to the right place!

You will benefit from the valuable advice of a surf instructor in a small group of 8 people maximum. Welcome to Seignosse,one of the most famous surf spots in France, located in the Landes department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

This town is about ten minutes from Cap Breton and thirty minutes from Bayonne and Biarritz.

Our instructors are eager to welcome you to Seignosse to enjoy the delights of your first slides on the board, but also to better understand the dangers of the sea. The discovery course of surfing introduces you to the fundamentals of this activity according to a formula adapted to your specific needs.

Organization of the activity:

• As soon as you arriveat the Seignosse surf school, you will be asked to put on a wetsuit in order to be in ideal conditions to learn to surf. li>
• It will then be time to warm up and discover the theoretical side of surfing.
• The teachers will teach you not only the different rules of priority and safety to follow in the water, but also the fundamental principles of surfing.
• After the theory, it's time to practice. You will be joined in the water by instructors who will provide you with personalized assistance immediately in the water, thus ensuring rapid progress.
• After the training, you will have to return the borrowed equipment to the leisure centre.
