Thanks to our 1h30 group lesson you will be able to take full advantage of this unforgettable experience. These groups are made up of 8 people maximum in order to provide you with pleasant support and they will be organized by level so that you can benefit from a course adapted to your expectations and your your skills.

Whether you are an experienced surfer or a beginner without any notions, this course will take you into the wave!

The course will be divided into several parts, according to a certain order, which may change depending on the overall level of the group:

Welcoming of the group and briefing of the course
Observation of the sea for you to analyze the recurrence and strength of the waves
bodysurf* session to familiarize yourself with the environment before taking the board
Explanation of the instructions and positioning in the water
Debriefing of the session with your teacher on the beach in order to share your feelings and/or questions

We will make every effort to ensure that this course is completely adapted to your level by your teacher who will do everything possible so that you can progress in complete autonomy .

Your qualified teacher will know better than anyone how to advise and accompany you throughout your course.

The beach where the activity will take place will be chosen according to the climatic conditions and the tides by your teacher. This meeting place will be communicated to you after booking.
