Description of Intensive Surfing Course for Adults/Teens - Seignosse 5 days
Intensive 5-day course with 3 hours of lessons per day, divided into two sessions: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This formula is intended for athletic adolescents (13 years minimum), and adults wishing to improve in the best conditions.
The sessions of this course are organized as group lessons. The loan of equipment is included in the service, and your instructor will be able to provide you with the board adapted to your level.
The course is open to everyone, whatever your current level since the students are divided by level group: beginner, intermediate or expert.

How long the activity lasts
The surf course takes place over two 1h30 sessions per day.
It is advisable to go there 15 minutes before each class in order to equip yourself.
