Launching from the beautiful Plage du Nord in Biscarrosse, our one-hour surf lesson is designed to immerse you in the art and science of taming the waves of the Atlantic.

On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our passionate team, who will briefly present the program of the session. After being equipped with a suitable wetsuit and a board according to your level, you will be ready for the adventure. Before diving into the ocean, a 10-minute warm-up is essential. This phase includes specific stretches and exercises to prepare your body for action. Alongside this, a safety briefing will be given, covering fundamentals such as reading waves, currents and how to fall safely.

The first step on the beach is to get familiar with your board. You will learn the "turtle" technique to pass the waves, as well as the correct position for paddling and standing up. This step takes about 15 minutes. Once the basics are acquired, it's time to get wet! Under the watchful eye of your instructor, you will practice the techniques learned on the sand. You will start by paddling, feeling the glide of the board, then gradually, you will try to get up on waves adapted to your level.

In the last minutes of the course, you will have the opportunity to chat with your instructor, receive valuable feedback and tips to improve your skills.
