You will have the chance to benefit from personalized advice and adapted exercises in order to allow you to progress as quickly as possible in the best conditions. Your instructor will also ensure your safety throughout the surf lesson.
You will evolve in the best sports of surf in the Basque Country and the Landers. We adapt the location according to the weather conditions to always allow you to operate in an ideal location. We favor large surf areas with the most suitable waves in order to limit paddling efforts. You will have to let yourself be carried by the current of the Atlantic Ocean.
The two main beaches are those of Bidart and Hendaye. They both offer a perfect landscape for learning to surf. The best slots take place 3 hours before and after the tide to enjoy the most pretty waves.
We invite you to join us at our nautical base in Bidart. We are 15 minutes from Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Anglet, and 25 minutes from Bayonne. strong>. Once you have met, you can board the shuttle with the rest of the group which will take you to the location chosen for this surf lesson. Once there, your instructor will start by giving you a briefing before giving you the equipment. You can then run into the water to slide on the waves according to its recommendations.
We youprovide all the material necessary for this activity. Bring a towel, a swimsuit, sunscreen and why not a small snack for the end of the surf session.
