Located near Bidart, we offer these three courses so that you become a real surfer in spots each more beautiful than the other.
Your instructor will supervise you throughout the activity and will be at your entire disposal so that you progress quickly. He will give you personal advice and ensure your safety during lessons.

Organization of the activity:
- Your state-certified surf instructor will give you a warm welcome at the meeting point that you will have set beforehand.
- He will provide you with all the necessary equipment before you go to the spot (board and wetsuit). We provide transportation for the group to the surf spot.
- Thereafter, he will give you a briefing on the safety rules and instructions and then you will give you a theoretical lesson on the sand. He will teach you how to stand on the board, how to handle and take the waves, etc. Depending on your level, you can ask him for advice on certain specificities. This course is individual and particular, your qualified and passionate instructor will be at your disposal for each question.
- Place to practice in the water! Discover the beauty of the coasts of the Basque Country and surf the famous waves of the south of France! Feel this feeling of freedom on the waves and have fun!
- At the end of each lesson, you will debrief with your instructor to see your progress and share your experience and feelings.
Good to know:
- Remember to bring your towel, swimsuit, sunscreen as well as a bottle of water and a snack for the end of the activity.
- Classes last 1 hour over the period of July and August.

How long the activity lasts
- You will enjoy three surf lessons lasting 1h30 each.

- We welcome you from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.
