Towed foil lesson 20 min La Moutonne

Would you like to learn a new nautical activity? Come and take lessons in foil towed on the back of a boat! We look forward to seeing you at La Moutonne beach, near Hyères.

If you don't know what it is, let us explain briefly: The foil is a wing-like fin under your board that will extend below the surface of the water and which, when propelled by speed, will lift the board out of the water for a smoother and faster gliding experience.

When you arrive on site, we will brief you on the activity and equip you. Throughout the activity, you will receive expert advice from our professional instructors so that you learn at your own pace and enjoy the activity to the fullest.
You will then be off for 20 minutes of exceptional gliding aboard your paddle foil! This nautical activity requires a bit of technique and will work your whole body. It's ideal for challenging yourself while enjoying the sea air, the sun and the landscape.
