You will first benefit from a briefing which will last a maximum of half an hour. You can then equip yourself and head out to the water with your board and your sail to sail for at least an hour under the watchful eye from your instructor.
He will share his advice and experience with you to help you improve. If this is your first time sliding on the water on a foil you will discover new sensations! Between lightness and freedom, you will be seduced by this exceptional moment.

What does the activity include
- Neoprene wetsuit.
- Monitored by a qualified instructor.
How long the activity lasts
- The course lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, with:
- Maximum 30 minutes of briefing.
- Minimum 1 hour of navigation.
When your activity starts and finishes
- We welcome you during the week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- And on weekends from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
