You will start the activity at 2 p.m. in Mâcon, where your passionate guide will be waiting for you to brief you on the progress of the activity and launch the departure. You will thus go towards theBeaujolais crus, where you will be able to observe the vine stocks nearby. You will then discover the techniques of wine growing and the ways in which wine growers work.
You will then be able to taste the local wine and savor it (grape juice for the children), to then go to the second stage of your adventure, which is the heli farm of Mr N’Escargot. The latter is in Saône and its visit will allow you to learn more about heliculture but also to taste their specialty: snails in parsley.
The activity will end around 6 p.m. leaving your taste buds and memory well stimulated.
