ASM4x4

The Sportive Mantaise association is the first multi-sports club in Yvelines with more than 4,600 members in 37 different sections. The 4x4 sectionASM4x4today has 70 members and its main objective is to offer 4x4 hikes combining the pleasure of driving and cultural discovery while participating in the preservation of the environment.

The 4x4 leisure activities offered byASM4x4are diverse and varied, in order to meet the expectations of all types of customers:

1. The walk: to stroll along the roads and paths open to traffic, without a map or equipment and independently. Lasting a few hours, it undoubtedly corresponds to the most widespread activity.

2. Hiking: the ASM4x4 club's favorite activity, consists of following a route defined in advance, marked using a map or notebook of road. This activity is often practiced in groups and is supervised by organizers:

• All-terrain hiking: accessible to all, to all vehicles and which presents no difficulty.
• Off-road hiking: more technical, will require the driver to have a minimum of mastery and a suitable 4x4.
• The adventure raid: hike lasting a few days or several weeks requiring specific preparation.
• Crossing: to cross obstacles at reduced speed.
