Aéro-Club de l'Est

The Aéroclub de l'Estis an association bringing together today around 200 enthusiasts of flying and aeronautical activities.

The Aéroclub de l'Est is divided into 3 sections: Airplane, ULM and Gliding. These premises are located on the Nancy-Essey Aerodrome, near the Vosges...A unique setting for unforgettable aerial walks....Mountainous reliefs, castles, superb landscapes...

The following options will be offered to you in the 3 sections:

• Baptism: Ideal for a first experience in the air in the company of a certified pilot...Let yourself be guided while seated in the cockpit.
• Initiation: For your first time at the controls!
• Training and courses: To learn to fly or improve your technique.
• Annual Membership: For those of you wishing to gain height on a regular basis.

But also: Organization of theme days, events...And much more!

The Est Avion Flying Club is an associative structure whose aim is to allow member pilots to fly whenever they want...

TheEst Avion Flying Clubtoday owns 8 planes: 3 planes more dedicated to the school, the others having different characteristics which allows for pilots patented to discover other machines. The Aero-club has voluntarily chosen to have a heterogeneous fleet in order to satisfy as many of its members as possible and allow everyone to develop their piloting skills by changing machines.

In addition, the Aéro-club is a training organization declared to the Civil Aviation Directorate. Its team trains pilots every year, from the basic certificate to the private pilot certificate as well as night flight qualification, and the retractable gear and variable pitch propeller variant.

Finally, the Est Avion Flying Club offers you numerous options to discover the sky in a privileged way:

• Airplane Initiation Flights: 30-minute flights intended for people wishing to learn to fly.
• First Flight Airplane: 30-minute flights to help you discover the surroundings of Nancy, in the company of a qualified pilot.

• Become a ULM Pilot: The Est ULM Flying Club will ensure your pilot training until the ULM pilot's license is issued.

Once you have your license in your pocket, you will then be able to fly as you wish and why not take your family and friends along on your adventures.

The annual subscription will then allow you to benefit from exclusive rates for the rental of ULM equipment.

The Aéro-club de l'Est Vol à Voile is more than 100 years of passion... Around fifteen machines... Many formulas adapted to all levels as well that suits all desires:

• Glider Initiation Flight: A 30 to 40 minute flight in the company of a licensed pilot. Do you want to discover glider flight or give an original gift? So this formula is made for you!
• Glider Discovery Module: 1 typical day of gliding, presentation and preparation of equipment, 1h30 flight with instructor, debriefing. An ideal formula for discovering the glider from A to Z.
• Annual Membership Fee: For those of you wishing to practice regularly.
