There are four steps to this activity:

- Stage 2: The most exciting stage of all - the big leap. The bungee will be hooked to a full-body harness and leg straps. The harness is for safety. Then, depending on your weight, you'll leap into the unknown from a height of 140 to 160 metres. It is simply unfathomable, and you must experience it to know what it feels like.

- 3rd stage: After your leap, a winch will drop you to the ground, and you will then trek back up the Verdon canyon in around 30 minutes, with a stunning view of the Gorges du Verdon.

- 4th stage: Return to reception to celebrate the experience with a diploma verifying your bungee leap, a loyalty card, a T-shirt, and, upon request, a USB key with the film of your jump.

Are there any limitations to participating in the activity?

All minors can jump starting from age 15, as long as their parents are present to offer their permission. A medical certificate is required beyond the age of 55. The minimum weight requirement is 50 kg, with a maximum weight requirement of 130 kg.
