Canyoning discovery at the Argensou canyon -2 h

If you are looking for a discovery of canyoning to experience the wonderful sensations of practicing an extreme activity in the middle of nature, this simple canyon of the Argensou is excellent. For two incredible hours, you'll zip between rugged peaks and cascading streams with your family or friends.

Here you can learn how to abseil safely. There is very little water in Argensou, which allows you to learn in peace. The Argensou canyon is one of the spectacular landscapes of the Ariège department, a historical and traditional region whose riches will not tire you.

You can enjoy this canyoning, whatever your abilities, by climbing the rugged walls of the hills that make up this route. You can also enjoy a thrilling abseiling, optional small jumps, small slides and playful slides in a shaded circuit.

You will be provided with all necessary materials including equipment and canyoning tools. We provide a 2-piece 5mm neoprene wetsuit, a pair of neoprene socks, a canyoning harness with lanyards and descender, and a helmet. If you are canyoning for the day, a waterproof container will be added to this equipment for food. Depending on availability, a pair of canyon shoes can be donated.

Bring closed shoes that fit comfortably on your feet (sneakers or hiking shoes), a bathing suit (avoid swimming shorts), and make sure your hair is pulled back during the activity.
