Sports canyoning in Haute-Corse 1/2 day

Are you looking for a new adventure that will disconnect you from the routine and give you a change of scenery? Do you like sports and physical activities? Take a canyoning descent and enjoy absolute entertainment, change of scenery and wonder.

It is therefore a half-day of canyoning that we suggest you do in the island of beauty, in Haute-Corse. It is a descent of sporty canyoning, then suitable for the general public, but under the condition that they are in very good physical condition, for a fun and safe activity.

You will do this activity at Cap Corse, located in the town of Nonza. It is located in the north of the island, in the Gulf of Saint-Florent, an hour's drive from Lucciana, 45 minutes from Bastia, but also less than half an hour from Saint-Florent.

Once you have arrived on site, your state-certified instructor will receive you and give you a briefing which will inform you of the course of the descent, the safety instructions to respect, then the usefulness of each piece of equipment. You will then equip yourself and start your approach walk which lasts 1h 10 min.

The descent will then begin and will last more than three hours. Large emerald-coloured basins, impressive abseilings, long natural slides... the adrenaline rush will be there!

Good to know:

• Provide a bathing suit, a towel and snacks.
• Don't forget to take closed shoes like sneakers, adhesive to the rock.
• It is strongly advised not to do the activity on an empty stomach.
• Knowing how to swim and being in very good physical condition are two essential conditions to be able to participate in this activity.
