This course is sporty, you will need to be in good physical condition and be motivated.

Our center is based in Castet, 35 minutes from the town of Pau and one hour from Tarbes. However, we will meet you at the car park of the Laruns college (former SNCF station) rue du Gourzy. Plan to be transported to get to the starting point of the canyon.
