Come and enjoy the good doses of adrenaline that await you at the Rec Grand Canyon. This route, better known as the route with slides, offers you picturesque settings very suitable for sliding and white water where you can swim and have fun with loved ones. The adventurous will take advantage of the rappelling descents and jumps of more than 7 meters to enjoy moments of thrills and thrills.

This is an offer accessible to all, because we welcome participants from the age of 7. It is therefore a course that adapts to all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Program of activity:

This canyoning descent gives you a approach walk of 5 minutes, for an overall activity time of 3 hours 30 minutes. We welcome you to the Caroux tourist office, at Avenue de la Gare.

Once there, a specialist instructor water sports will talk to you about the safety instructions and the rules to respect throughout this experience . We will provide you with neoprene suits to protect your body, helmets, harnesses with carabiners and lanyards >. For your part, remember to bring sneakers, a swimsuit, towels to dry off, a bottle of water and something to change into at the end of the activity. The return walk is estimated at 20 minutes of ascent so you can return to the starting point.
