Canyoning day in the Malvaux gorges

We invite you to do a great activity with family or friends in the Haut-Jura, by doing two canyoning descents, each more memorable than the other, in a single day. Indeed, you are going to do the first half-day descent of the Gorges du Malvaux, to learn about this practice and discover a fun, aquatic canyon accessible to everyone. Thereafter, after a convivial picnic, the afternoon will be devoted to the descent of the Gorges de la Langouette, a slightly more technical and sensational canyon. One thing is certain, you will exert yourself, but above all have fun and surpass yourself!

We then give you an appointment at the town of Foncine-le-Bas, a stone's throw from Foncine-le-Haut and about fifty kilometers from the town of Doubs and that of Lons-le-Saunier. On site, our qualified and passionate instructor will be waiting for you to welcome you and introduce you to this activity, thanks to an exhaustive briefing. He will tell you about the course of the activity in detail, then give you instructions to follow for your safety.

After having given you the necessary equipment and that the whole group is ready, you will head towards the spot where the descent begins. From this precise moment, the dazzle and the adrenaline rush will take over this adventure.

• This rate is for everyone from the age of 15.
• To be able to do this activity, it is mandatory to know how to swim and to be in good physical condition.
• Bring closed sports shoes, swimsuit and bath towel.
• The picnic and a bottle of water are also to be expected.
• If you have long hair, take something to tie it up. Ditto for the glasses.
