Half-day Canyoning in the Ossau Valley

If you're a thrill-seeker, you've come to the right place!

Located just 2 hours from the Basque Country and the Landaise Coast, the canyon that we suggest will certainly seduce you. The "Adventure" formula allows you to progress in theSoussouéou canyon. The latter is very well known for the canyoning descents memorable moments it provides. Whether you are an amateur or experienced, this canyon is suitable for all levels, as long as you are a minimum of sporty. The course is very aquaticand the descentis quite rhythmic. However, no particular experience is required for the rappelling descents, which this route contains.

You will have the opportunity to do numerous slides on thenatural slides that this canyon offers us and also to make numerous jumpsin an idyllic setting >. It's a fun way to spend time with your loved ones while enjoying an outdoor activity, allowing you to discover the wonders of the Ossau Valley, in the Pyrenees- Atlantics.

To do this, we will meet you at the Ayguebère swimming pool car park. It is in Laruns that you will be received by an instructor. The latter will be the person who will accompany you during your descent. He will start with the briefing, where he will explain the safety rules to you, then group you together to set off on the approach march, after you have put on your equipment.

If you wish to do this activity in the morning, we will meet between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. at the meeting point mentioned above. If you prefer the afternoon, we will regroup between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.,

After an approach walk, the moment of fun and thrills will come during the descent which can last 2 to 3 hours. You will return to the starting point at the end of your activity, thanks to a return walk. The combined time for both walks is 30 minutes.

Good to know:

• It is necessary to be in good physical condition and to know how to swim.
• You must absolutely come with grippy sports shoes with laces. (Do not come with water sports slippers)
• Bring a bath towel and a swimsuit already with you.
• We advise you to wear a synthetic sports t-shirt.
• You can also bring a bottle of water and a snack.
