On your arrival at Laruns, you will be welcomed by one of our canyoning guides who will give you a briefing on the half-day and the rules of canyoning and strong>security. This will also be the time to equip yourself: neoprene wetsuit and slippers, helmet, harness, harness, waterproof canyon bags, ... For your part, all you need to do is bring your swimsuit, a towel and energy bars!
On the other hand, we give you the possibility of choosing to do the activity in the morning or in the afternoon as desired, provided that the weather conditions are suitable.

Good to know :
- Allow at least half a day for this activity to take place.
- Canyoning suits are disinfected after all outings.
- Souvenir photos of your canyon experience will be sent to you free of charge
- Picnic is not included.
- Equipment required: swimsuit, towel, water, lace-up sports shoes, elastic for long hair.
What does the activity include
- Briefing and support by a state-certified instructor.
- Canyoning equipment (excluding canyoning shoes which are available for rental).
- Leave with souvenir photos!
How long the activity lasts
- The outing will last approximately three hours with a briefing time then the session of at least two hours in the water.
- Allow at least half a day for this activity to take place.
When your activity starts and finishes
- The activity is offered every day between April and October, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (and from 7:30 a.m. on Wednesdays).
- You choose to leave in the morning or afternoon.
- Please confirm the activity at least 24 hours in advance with your instructor to confirm availability and meeting time and point.
