Description of Introduction to climbing in Arreau 2h

We invite you to discover the full heart of the Vallée d'Aure, in the Hautes-Pyrenees, a sporting activity allowing you to live two hours in full disconnection from usual daily life, doing an initiation to climbing!

This activity is ideal for beginners and will allow you to have a first experience of climbing to discover and see if you like this activity. You will be supervised by an instructor who will be keen to you make progress and make you want to >do this activity again.

These two hours will allow you to know the fundamentals of climbing such as the knots, the good practices and to assemble sections of mountains.
You will obviously be equipped with a harness and a helmet and we advise you to wear sports shoes strong>closeds as well as clothing adapted to the season.
