SSI Freediving Level 1 training near Nice - 2x3h

Come and discover new sensations by obtaining the SSI level 1 certification in scuba diving in Villeneuve-Loubet!

You will discover scuba diving and apnea by diving up to 20 meters deep in the Mediterranean waters from the south of France. The fauna and the flora will leave you with unforgettable memories!

This training offers you learning theoretical online so that you understand the concepts in a fun way. Then practical learning in the sea, supervised by your instructor, in which you progress quickly and have fun.
You will get your International SSI Level 1 Certificate!

Organization of the activity:

We will welcome you for two days at our dive center in Villeneuve-Loubet, a few kilometers from Nice. Your instructor will take care of you and invite you to put down your personal belongings before providing you with the necessary equipment.
For your safety and comfort, all our equipment is checked, maintained and checked before and after each sea trip.

Your instructor will give you a briefing theoretical to remind you of the notions and techniques > views in your online theoretical teaching. He will also give you the rules and the gestures for safety to adopt so that your activity goes as smoothly as possible. .
Climb on board the boat and set off to sea! Enjoy the view from the boat as you arrive at the dive site and then discover the underwater biodiversity that the Mediterranean Sea is home to…

You will put your knowledge into practice and develop your skills in this fun learning and supervised. You will know all the apnea techniques in order to be able to practice it in complete autonomy and safely.
At the end of each session, you will debrief with your instructor to see your evolution and share your feelings strong> all together!

Finally, we will issue you your international SSI Level 1 certification card which you can proudly wear for your next outings at sea!

Good to know:

• For minors, parental authorization is required to be able to practice this freediving training.
• You will need a medical certificate less than one year old from your GP, sports or hyperbaric doctor to certify your fitness.
• Your training includes civil liability insurance.
