Diving training level 1 in the Bassin d'Arcachon 5 days

Have you always dreamed of diving? We offer you to train in this discipline in 5 sessions!

We are located in Mios, just 20 minutes from Arcachon and 40 minutes from Arès.

You will attend atraining course, where you will have the opportunity to assimilate the theoretical knowledge of diving. You will discover the essential basics of diving such as the use of the equipment which will then be made available to you in order to carry out the excursions.

During this course, you will see the different immersion and launching techniques at sea, as well as the language used to communicate at sea. In order for you to be able to make the most of your dives, we will teach you the stabilization techniques consisting in managing the vest and breathing.

We leave it up to you to choose which formula you want to make. You can choose the PA 20, which means that you will evolve in complete autonomy in the zone of 20 meters deep. You also have the opportunity to dive to a depth of 40 meters, with the PA 40 formula, accompanied by one of our monitors-instructors.

During your dives you will discover a magnificent marine fauna and flora. You will be amazed by the biodiversity present in the Arcachon basin, leaving you to create unforgettable memories.
