Do you want to participate in an unforgettable activity? So come to Mios and try the adventure of diving!
We are in Mios, about 20 minutes from Arcachon and 40 minutes from Ares. Upon arrival, you will be transported by boat to the designated dive area.
We suggest you dive in Lac de Cazaux, which borders two departments: Gironde and Landes. This amazing dive site, located an hour by car from Bordeaux, is one of the largest natural lakes in France.
We invite you to come and discover the seabed of this lake. Come and meet the city's underwater biodiversity while being supervised by a state-certified teacher.
Organization of the activity:
We are in Mios, about 20 minutes from Arcachon and 40 minutes from Ares. Upon arrival, you will be transported by boat to the designated dive area.

Organization of the activity:
- You will be welcomed by one of our teachers, who will be happy to give you a briefing.
- After the briefing, you will be taken to the dive site, where you can learn about the diversity of animals and plants in the area.
- This marine wealth, which you will discover during your dive, will leave you with memories that you will cherish all your life.
- Finally, return to our leisure base to return the equipment and discuss your diving experience with our instructors.
- No medical certificate is required.
- You can bring your own mask and fins, as equipment is not included.
- This exploration dive is only accessible to experienced divers who have already completed level 1 diving training.

- Your exploration dive lasts about half a day.
When your activity starts and finishes
- We are open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Following your reservation, the time of your activity will be determined.

Description of Exploration dive + equipment Lac Cazaux 1/2 day
Come and discover diving with us in Lac Cazaux!Our nautical center is located in Mios, just 20 minutes from Arcachon and 40 minutes from Arès.
This formula includes all the material that you can have during a freshwater immersion. You will be equipped with a PMT, a bottle, a wetsuit, a vest and a regulator.
Once welcomed in our diving center, you will attend a briefing teaching you the right gestures, diving techniques and the rules of securities. Once the briefing is over, you will board our boat, where you will have the opportunity to admire this enormous lake which is one of the largest in the Gironde.
Once you arrive at the dive spot, you will be immersed in the open sea, where you will have the opportunity to admire the beauty of the ocean. You will see a lush biodiversity, you will have multiple species such as grisets, congers, rays, octopuses and anemones of all colors. This diving excursion will create unforgettable memories that you will remember for a long time we hope.
