To discover the best sensations of white water activities, we offer you a one-hour hydrospeed initiation which will allow you to explore the joys of swimming in the rapids of the Aude River. This adventure is perfect for all beginners, but also ideal for family outings, with your children from the age of 10.
You will travel through Aude in the area located between the two communes of Saint-Martin-Lys and Axat, with the support of a state-certified instructor. Indeed, you can count on it to welcome you to our leisure base inSaint-Martin-Lys, but also to give you a complete briefing. This will include a description and introduction to this practice and its progress, but also safety instructions to follow.
After the briefing, he will give you your equipment consisting of a full wetsuit and neoprene slippers, a helmet, a flotation vest, but also fins and a swimming float. You will then board our minibus to go to the starting point. Once you arrive, you will be able to have fun and exercise on the Aude.
At the end of your activity, the minibus will pick you up and take you to the leisure center.

This instructor will then be with you from your arrival at our leisure center until the end of your activity. Afterwards, you will have all the necessary equipment available, namely a neoprene suit, as well as slippers, a helmet, a float, fins and a flotation vest. You will then be ready to go to the starting point, aboard a minibus. You will be in the water for an average of an hour and a half. At the end of your activity, the minibus will take you to our leisure center, with memorable souvenirs.
