Description of Half-day discovery of Kayak-Raft on the Var
Want to spend the day discovering the “Alpes-Maritimes” region in a new way? Come go Kayak-Raftin one of the most beautiful regions of France.
Near Nice and its turquoise waters, come and contemplate the flora and fauna that surround you.
Procedure:
- Welcome and debriefing by the instructor, who will also accompany you throughout the day.
- He will explain the safety instructions, and give you the fundamental equipment for carrying out the activity, in particular the helmet, the life jacketand the EEC suit.
- You are now ready for the adventure, which will awaken your 5 senses through the different sensations that you will experience (wonder, adrenaline, joy ...)
- Aftertwo hoursin the adventure, the guide will invite you torest. A picnic will take place, with the possibility of swimming in the Var.
- The remaining 2 hours will be devoted to the sequence between the raftand the Kayak-Raft, to cross the 20 kmadventure.
Recommendations:
- You must know how to swim.
- You must bring swimsuitsand closed shoes.
- Activity reserved for +10 years old.

How long the activity lasts
- The activity requires4 hours minimum, between the completion of the activityand the picnic break. So, allow half a day to complete it.
