Need to discover new landscapes in a moment of relaxation? So, you will be served!

We are pleased to offer you this kayak outing in order to discover the fauna and flora of the Ardèche, and more particularly of the nature reserve of the Ardèche gorges.

We will warmly welcome you to our leisure base in Saint Martin d'Ardèche to take you to discover the fabulous landscapes with the impressive biodiversity that surrounds us.
You will be directly taken care of and supervised by our qualified and passionate instructors who will invite you to put down your personal belongings before providing you with the equipment.
You will have a kayak, paddles, a life jacket and a waterproof container to store your personal belongings. Then, your instructor and guide will give you a briefing on the course of the descent, the planned route and the safety rules.

You will finally go on an activity to discover the fresh water river which stretches over a large plain sheltering a very developed fauna and flora. You will have the opportunity to see insects, fish, birds, mammals and the colorful flora of the banks.

With the help of your nature reserve guide, you will learn to follow the tracks of beavers and otters, you may even have the opportunity to see them!
Finally, you will learn to recognize the aromatic and medicinal flats by navigating along the waves of the river.
This area is particularly inhabited by Egyptian vultures and Kingfishers, we hope they will fly over your kayak!
Back at the base, you will debrief with your guide and share the experience you have just had together.

• This kayaking trip corresponds to an easy level, it is the equivalent of an initiation.
• Remember not to forget your best swimsuit, your towel, water shoes or trainers, a bottle of water and sun protection (cream and hat/cap).
• This activity is accessible from 5 years old.
• The minimum number of people to do this activity is 4.
