Program of the activity:
- Arrival at the time and place agreed with the instructor, where you will be given a briefing concerning the progress of the 45 minutes and the safety instructions > to take into consideration.
- This done, your equipment will be delivered to you, you will head towards the laketo kick off these 45 minutes of SUP initiation. You will be in the hands of an instructor who will be happy to share with you all the Stand Up Paddle techniques and will help to develop your knowledge of the practice. li>
- Once the duration has elapsed, it is time to return to the place of departure, do a debriefing on your experience as well as your feelings and return the equipment, after having taken one more step towards the world water sports!
