Depending on your choice, you can do this activity taking one of the following routes:

- Moulin de la Rive Beach: An eccentric beach which is ideal for a quiet outing, to the delight of lovers of the >calm and peacefulness.
- Le Douron: A must-see in Finistère. To explore without moderation! Stand Up Paddle is a tailor-made activity for a good discovery of this surprising river.
- The Diben: What could be better than taking a walk and discovering a place as beautiful in the water as on land? You will be amazed.
- Sunset Walk: For romantic souls who are constantly in search of the most beautiful sunsets.
Procedure:
- Welcome to Moulin de la Rive beach. You will be received by your instructor who will take great care of you.
- Briefing and safety instructions, in order to excel during your navigation and to travel in complete safety .
- You will leave for a one-hour walk once you have chosen your route.
- Once the time is up, you will return to dry land and enjoy a meal prepared for you in order to experience a last moment of conviviality with everyonethe other participants.
What does the activity include
- Adequate meal at the time of the activity (breakfast, snack or aperitif).
- SUP equipment.
- Support from a qualified instructor.
- Briefing.
- Insurance.
How long the activity lasts
- The activity lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, of which 1 hour is spent in the water.
