The water activities school offers you rental Stand Up Paddle equipment to go out for an hour independently on the water. Set off to explore the territories of your region while enjoying a invigorating discipline! You can sail on the Etang de l'Ingril, on the turquoise waters of the Etang de Vic and Thau, or row with force on the Mediterranean Seaas the wind picks up in the afternoon.
Whether you are a beginner in Stand Up Paddle or have already acquired the basics of the practice, Hérault offers you great conditions for sliding > to go further and master new techniques. In addition, an instructor from the center will give you a briefing before your departure so that you know how to use the equipment and have a good time on the water.
You will find us both on the Frontignan beach and at the edge of the Ingril pond. You will thus be in direct proximity to the two sites to collect the paddle equipment and easily reach the water on foot or your car to reach another body of water.
