- Arrival and welcome: we are waiting for you at the Saint Girons aerodrome, in Ariège, a department renowned for its many lakes and mountainous landscapes.
- Briefing: We will then proceed to a short training on the ground during which we will cover the jumping techniques and the safety measures that you must take into consideration.
- Equipment: You will then be asked to put on the suit that connects you with your state-certified instructor as well as the safety equipment.
