3. This sport helps you manage your stress
Here we briefly explain the chemical-biological process triggered by this sport that helps you overcome difficulties and stress. During your flight and the jump, your body secretes a neurotransmitter that announces to the brain that you are probably afraid. This response is caused by activating the adrenal glands, which in turn secrete a hormone called adrenaline. This chemical substance will speed up your heart rate and increase your blood pressure proportionally. If you wish to quit the activity when you’re up in the air, you will have no choice but to go through with it and face this situation, so you strive to keep your calm and composure. This new state of mind will trigger a feeling of satisfaction when you have completed your flight, where the brain will secrete dopamine which will regulate your mood. With regular training and practice, this activity will make you a happier and more confident.

5. Skydiving is a sport for everyone
All you have to do is book your session to live this experience. You will not need to empty your pockets for this adventure as it is not expensive. However, we need to clarify a few important points: If you wish to skydive for the first time, you are required to do so in tandem with a professional attendant. You can include photos and videos to make your experience even more accomplished. The activity centres can attach a camera to your equipment or arrange for a professional to click pictures of you. You will have a completely different set of images and videos to show your friends and family. To be eligible for skydiving, your weight must not exceed 95 kg, and you must be over 18 years of age. The younger ones will need parental permission. We mentioned skydiving with a professional, but if you want to become professionals at jumping alone, you can! Partner centres offer initiations via PAC training (Progression Accompanied in Fall). These jumps are organized in sessions of 7, and during the first one, you will be assisted by 2 monitors, then only one will keep an eye on you. You will have your parachute from the first day of the sessions! In addition, you should be in good physical condition. That is, you must not suffer from heart problems or pain in the joints, lower back or neck. Unfortunately, pregnant women have to wait until after childbirth to enjoy this adventure.
