- Signature of your jump authorizationand verification of your medical certificate of no contraindication to skydiving, which must be less than six months old.
- Training in all technical details: safety instructions on board the aircraft, free fall position, landing simulation.
- Equipment: we provide the harness and all the necessary equipment
- An ascent flight in a plane lasting around fifteen minutes, followed by a free fall at 200 km/h at four kilometers altitude!
- A contemplative walk when the parachute opens, to the landing zone. You will be able to debrief with your instructor and take control of your sail.

How long the activity lasts
- Including the plane flight, free fall and parachute ride, your activity lasts 30 minutes. Plan to arrive at least one hour before the jump time to meet us and complete the safety briefing.
When your activity starts and finishes
- You are invited to contact your parachute instructor to agree on a schedule depending on air conditions and your availability.
