PAC parachute training in Estillac - 1D

During a day of training on the ground, two instructors will accompany you to 4,000 m to perform your first jump. An instructor will be present for subsequent jumps. You will do ten jumps, seven of which are assisted.

The goal of this training is to get you to do free falls independently in a few jumps. You give the opportunity to experience skydiving in a new way and feel intense sensations that have nothing to do with those of tandem jumping. You will be able to jump almost independently, without the use of a harness that connects you to another person after this training.

You will be amazed not only by the training, but also by the superb landscapes of Lot-et-Garonne which will be offered to you. This training takes place atAgen - La Garenneairfield.

The course of the training:

• You will be taken care of upon your arrival. One of our state-certified instructors will train you in the classroom so that you have all the information necessary for this jump.
• He will teach you about the parachute, detailing all its parts and explaining their functions. It will show you the optimal technique for piloting the glider, the posture to adopt during free fall and landing, and, above all, safety tips.
• The equipment necessary for your jump will be provided to you before the jump.
• You will board the plane with state-certified instructors who will accompany you during the jump. Once the plane reaches 4,000 meters altitude, the doors will open and you will jump in free fall with the two instructors for about a minute each jump.
• The placement of the monitors is essential during the free fall, because they will ensure your safety. One of the instructors will attach to your parachute harness to keep you balanced and therefore safe. The other will be in front of you, communicating with you through sign language and trying to give you feedback so you can improve your posture during the free fall.
• You will then land on dry land, following the instructors' instructions.
• Your parachute jumps will be recorded onvideo in their entirety so you can watch yourself throughout the jump and they will give you constructive feedback.

Good to know:

• The minimum age allowed is 15 years.
• Minors must have a parental certificate.
• A medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of jumping is mandatory.
