Baptism parachute jump in tandem in Merville 4200 m

It will be a tandem jump, where you will be attached to a monitor through a harness, who will jump with you. The latter is a state graduate and is an expert in parachuting. He will take care of you as soon as you arrive at the airport by welcoming you, then giving you a detailed briefing on the progress of the activity, but also on the security measures to be observed.

How is your jump going?

You will arrive at Merville - Calonne Airport and you will go through the formalities before the jump. After having had all the important information, as well as answers to all your questions following the briefing, you will be able to board the plane. After takeoff, you will fly over Merville until the plane has reached an altitude of 4,000m.

Then, the doors of the latter will open and you jump attached to your monitor, for a free fall at a speed of 200 km/h, which lasts 50 seconds. Once you have reached an altitude of 1500 m, the instructor will open the parachute, for a slower and gentler descent, until landing.

Good to know:

• A medical certificate mentioning "no contraindication to the practice of a tandem parachute jump" must be presented on the day of your jump. This must not be older than 6 months.
• You must wear comfortable clothing with long sleeves and closed shoes. Your outfit should also be suitable for the weather and low temperatures at altitude.
• Minors must present parental authorization. In addition, at least one parent or legal guardian must be present on the day of the activity.
