Regular surfer or athlete looking for a new aquatic activity to discover, come and learn to surf or perfect your practice!

You will be able to take advantage of a private lesson with a professional instructor who will supervise you as well as possible. He will share his precious advice with you and suggest exercises adapted to your areas for improvement.

Benefiting from a personalized follow-up is the best way to progress or take your first steps on the water.

You will learn how to handle your board, to surf on the surface of the sea and to cross the waves. We can assure you that you will soon be comfortable on your board.

Your 2-hour course is divided into several parts. After welcoming you to our center, your instructor will make the introductions. You can then follow him for a theoretical briefing of around thirty minutes during which he will explain the basics of surfing, introduce you to the equipment and explain the safety instructions. .

You can then head to the spot on which you will navigate for 1.5 hours under the watchful eye of your instructor. He will advise and guide you to help you improve to the best of your ability.

In order to offer the best possible evolution during the session, we will welcome a maximum of three participants. This course is for everyone, both children (from 7 years old) and adults strong> beginners or advanced.

Our center is located in Hossegor. We are less than 10 minutes from Capbreton, and about half an hour from Bayonne and Biarritz.

Your course will last a total of 2 hours.
You will spend approximately 1h30 in the water.

When your activity starts and finishes

Our center welcomes you all year round from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
And over the summer period (July-August) from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
