Group surf lesson in La Saline-les-Bains 1h30

Welcome to La Saline-les-Bains, where we offer you a one and a half hour group surf lesson to discover the basics of surfing and improve your skills.

When you arrive at the lesson location, you will be greeted by an experienced and passionate surf instructor. The group will be reunited and you will have the opportunity to get to know the other participants. You will then be equipped with a surfboard adapted to your level and a wetsuit to ensure comfort and safety in the water.

The session will begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for the physical effort to come. Your instructor will guide you through surf-specific stretching and muscle-building exercises. This will help you improve your balance, flexibility and coordination.

Then you will move on to practice. Your instructor will teach you the basics of surfing, such as the rowing position, how to get up on the board, and how to balance on the waves. You will have the opportunity to practice these movements on the beach, in order to assimilate them well before going into the water. It's time to take the plunge and put what you've learned into practice. You will head to the waves where you will learn how to row, catch waves and get up on the board.

You will have fun, challenge the waves and feel the sensations of sliding on the Indian Ocean!
