Want to get some fresh air? Send yourself to a height of 777 meters, in the heart of the mountains of the Alpes-Maritimes, to recharge your batteries and challenge the routine.

We offer you a daring route in the Via ferrata Les Demoiselles du Castagnet, between Digne and Nice, come and observe a setting between vegetation and relief of the mountain.
To complete the course, make sure you have all the keys in hand. These different steps will ensure a successful activity:

• The right equipment, i.e.: harness and helmet, as well as training on how to use them wisely
• Know and put into practice the safety instructions
• Recognize the level of difficulty in line with your physical abilities

Once ready and equipped, you can begin your ascent following the route of the via ferrata.

Proceed at your own pace, using the holds and rungs to climb and descend the wall, take advantage of this moment by taking a few breaks to rest and admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, the valleys and gorges.

Once you have reached the top of the via ferrata, you can admire the Pic d'Anie, one of the highest peaks in the region offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. You can then descend via a hiking path provided for this purpose.

• Bring a large bottle of water
• Before any reservation, it is recommended to contact the team in charge of the excursion in order to have the necessary indications
• This via ferrata can be used almost all year round, except for a few days in winter.
