Loco Association awaits many of you for its Nature Multisports Raids.

Loco VTT Association takes you on Nature Raids across Aude.

Several mountain bike activities will be offered to you such as orienteering, walks or trails.

This is an excellent opportunity to bring together all the enthusiasts of the region. Amateurs will also be welcomed to learn a little more about the world of the association as well as their mountain biking activities.

Mix sport and nature, and introduce the whole family to this healthy, interesting and dynamic activity. It’s another alternative to rediscover the landscapes of the region.

Loco Orientation Association introduces you to orienteering in Aude.

Depending on your desires and your level of practice, Orienteering (or CO for short) can be more of a leisure activity, or more of a sport. From walks to races to competitions, there's something for everyone.

Equipped with a map and a compass, you set off in search of markers placed in strategic corners which will allow you to discover your environment, whether in an urban environment or in the countryside.

The big strong point of the CO is that it is accessible to everyone: children, adults, elderly or disabled people, everyone will find what they are looking for since the association offers adapted courses.
