All year round, the center organizes adventure outings for thrill-seekers in Nièvre! Among the different activities offered, you can find:

• Quad: The center offers quads of different displacements, you will enjoy outings on the different trails and wild paths in the region!
• Rafting: Launch into the Morvan rapids with your friends or family!
• Paintball: A game that will delight fans of shooting and strategy!
• Adventure Course: Show courage to defy vertigo, and agility to move on the courses between the trees! Ideal for all levels!
• Canoe and Hot Dog: Go down the turbulent river in an inflatable canoe... if possible without falling! Classic canoes as well as several courses are also available for a more leisurely outing!
• MTB: Tracks, trails and marked paths will no longer hold any secrets for you! Embark on their exploration using rental electric bikes!
• Hydrospeed: Come and discover the joys of white water swimming in the heart of Morvan.
• Speleology: Embark on an adventure combining climbing techniques and the speleological discovery of the underground cavities of the Morvan!

Cap Extrême gives you many possibilities for practicing canoeing! Classic canoeing, hot dogin white water...

Discover canoe in many sites in Burgundy: Morvan lakes, rivers such as the Yonne or the Basse Cure, there are some will have something for everyone, whether you're looking for a quiet ride or thrills. The canoes can be one-seater, two-seater or three-seater and are available by the hour or even for half a day.

The center also offers the most intrepid to come test the canoe raft, also called Hot Dog. This inflatable canoe allows you to descend white water without constraints and in complete autonomy in the boat, although an instructor accompanies you in a separate boat to guarantee your safety or advise you in more technical passages.

Cap Extrême awaits you in the Morvan for an unforgettable rafting descent in the company of a professional.

Your guide accompanies you aboard the inflatable and unsinkable boat that is the raft. The boat can accommodate between 6 and 8 people for a team outing!

The rafting descent lasts approximately 2 hours. You can do several descents over a full day or over a weekend.

Everyone can practice rafting, from young to old as long as they know how to swim and can submerge themselves. A true river rodeo, rafting will bring you bursts of laughter and thrills in complete safety. The center provides you with paddles, life jackets, helmets and a wetsuit. All you have to do is bring your swimsuit, sneakers and a towel! With family, friends, or colleagues, come and enjoy a rafting trip in Burgundy!

Cap Extrême awaits you in the Morvan to practice Hydrospeed. This activity requires a good physical level. It is also mandatory to know how to swim at least 25 meters to enjoy the activity.

A hydrospeed descentwith the center instructors lasts around 2 hours. You can do one over half a day, two over a day or 3 over a weekend.

The practice is relatively physical and requires special equipment which will be provided to you by the center: reinforced wetsuit, fins, foam float, helmet.
This equipment will allow you to move in the currents, ride the waves and perform tricks throughout the descent.

Colorful sensations with Cap Extrême Paintball.

Between 8 and 24 people can enter the field in teams. Each of the two teams present will have to demonstrate strategy and carry out their plans on the field to defeat the opposing team during the game. You must be of legal age to participate in the activity.

When you arrive, how does it work?

First you are welcomed by the staff. The team members are passionate people who have extensive experience in this sport.

They will give you a short debriefing on the rented equipment and safety. The referee will then offer you various scenarios to choose from so that you can find a style of play that meets your expectations.

The next step is handing over the equipment. You equip yourself before entering the field…

You are strongly advised not to come with your best t-shirt. The propelled paintballs leave traces that wash away, but you will probably leave very dirty! Take clothes that cover your arms and legs, as well as sports shoes.

Cap Extrême offers you caving services in the heart of the Morvan.

Come and discover this leisure activity between exploration, science, nature discovery and climbing. A professional instructor will equip you and allow you to descend with him into the twists and turns of underground cavities and caves.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy sessions similar to climbing, and to take advantage of cavingto introduce yourself to and improve your skills in different rope techniques.

Let yourself be guided between technical learning and natural discovery of underground reliefs. Concretions, spaces, fauna and flora... caving will definitely surprise you!
To participate, you will need to be at least 1m10 tall. The equipment will be provided to you on site, so you will simply need to come with sporty clothing!

Cap Extrême invites you to explore the Morvan on an electric bike!

Come and enjoy an ecological ride in the heart of Morvan, while reducing feelings of fatigue thanks to the center's electric bikes. The battery gives you 30 to 40 kilometers of autonomy. Once discharged, the electric mountain bike becomes a conventional mountain bike again.

You will fill up on oxygen on the trails and marked paths of the region. More than 2500 km of adventure await you, with family or friends!

Therental of electric bikes in the Morvancan be done by the hour or over several days, or even by the week! The walks are not supervised. Thebikesare easy to recharge, and you pedal with complete autonomy during the rental period. These bikes are accessible to everyone, including children accompanied by an adult from 8 years old. Go explore Burgundy and discover it from a new angle!

In the heart of the forest, in the undergrowth of Burgundy, the Cap Extrême park offers an adventure course presenting various workshops, located at different heights for the greatest pleasure of the participants!

Whether you are a group of athletes, a group of friends looking for relaxation and thrills, or a family wishing to organize an activity for everyone, the adventure course will bring together everything you need to have a great time !

You will enjoy an adventure course with up to 70 workshops which represent a total of up to 3 hours of activity. The activity is all published! To participate, you just need to be over 1m10 tall. Children are welcome!
