Poneyclub de la Gardiole

The Ponyclub de la Gardiole invites you to share a magical moment in the heart of the mountain, in the company of the club's ponies and horses.

The center offers many equestrian activities to practice in the heart of the Hautes Alpes. You will be welcomed at La Bâtie Vieille, and will be able to embark on:

• pony rides for children, accompanied by adults in the landscapes of the region, not far from Ancelle.
• Horse riding for adults with the center's Arabian horses. You will leave for Ancelle and surrounding areas, in small groups
• Horse riding lessons for the youngest on ponies, with the possibility of courses over several half-days or full days.
• Ski Joëring during the winter months when snow is at its peak
• Well-being activities thanks to horses, particularly for disabled people (adults or children), under the supervision of professionals.

The center is also an owners' pension and offers breeding services.

The Ponyclub La Gardiole offers skijoring services on La Bâtie Vieille. These services are organized subject to good snow conditions.

skijoringis an ancestral activity brought up to date for leisure activities. Skis on, you will be towed by a horse (or pony in the case of a child), and will enjoy a sliding sensation unlike anything you have experienced until today.

It is easy to adapt skijoring to the level of the participants. All you have to do is vary the horse's gait. At a walking pace, a leisurely stroll awaits you, with the Alpine massifs in the background. Trotting, it's a fun experience, and galloping, there are surprising sliding sensations that will leave you with unforgettable memories. Betweenskiing and horse riding, skijoringwill delight nature lovers.

The center awaits you for equestrian services in La Bâtie Vieille. The Ponyclub de la Gardiole specializes inhorseback riding and riding lessons for children, but also offers horseback riding for adults.

Children can enjoy a pony ride. The animals are held in the hands of adults. You will have the opportunity to accompany the little riders on their ride: half-hour, 1 or 2 hour ride depending on your wishes.

The center also awaits you for wellness services in contact with horses, particularly beneficial for children and adults with disabilities. It is anoriginal equestrian activity, educational and allows you to explore new horizons.
