Whatever your physical condition, paramotor can be practiced by everyone, from the age of 15. You just need to learn how to control the canopy before you take flight. A paramotor can be controlled with your fingertips.
For takeoff on foot, you must be able to run a few meters with the engine on your back, and if that is still too much, there is a small cart that will allow you to take off seated comfortably.
