Take possession of your paddle surf with Fun Center Lac du Derto navigate the waters of Lac du Der in a heavenly setting of 3,500 hectares of body of water in Haute-Marne. Lac du Deris surrounded by a multitude of beaches at a very short distance, which makes the natural environment more atypical.

Funcenter Lac du Der invites you to come and practice Windsurf on Lac du Der Chantecoq an hour by car from Reims and Nancy. The company, which specializes in water sports, offers the possibility of renting Windsurf (or windsurfing) equipment or taking a lesson from a state qualified instructor.

You will find the base in the commune of Eclaron Breaucourt Saint Livière in Haute-Marne, on the edge of the famous Der Chantecoq lake – an artificial lake of 77 km². Professional, passionate and friendly, our instructors will be at your disposal to try to offer you a moment of pleasure on the water.

For this reason, it will guide you in choosing a board and a sail in order to find the best equipment for you, based on your weight and height . Wave, freeride, freestyle, slalom, formula, the center has numerous equipment and you will definitely find the one that suits you.

Funcenter therefore welcomes you 7 days a week between April and October for the rental of equipment between one and three hours. If you are not yet independent enough to go out on the lake alone, you can turn to Windsurfing lessons. Then meet during the week in summer, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to follow a lesson depending on your level:

• For beginners: one hour of introduction to windsurfing to learn how to stay balanced on the board and move around on the water
• For those who have already practiced Windsurfing: resume and master the basics thanks to personalized exercises, with the aim of becoming more comfortable.
• For the initiated: go further and learn new figures like jumps and jibes; but also new techniques to gain speed or know how to get back on the board effectively after a fall.
