Discover alpine skiing with the ESF of Gerardmer. They welcome all skiers, whatever their level:

• Piou Piou and Ourson : lessons for the little ones. Everything is organized to make skiing a game in a protected area for children aged 4 and over.
• Star tests: the instructors will teach you how to ski, from your first slides to the expert stage! They set up a teaching method adapted to your pace and will allow you to progress on a good basis.

The most experienced among you will be able to take part in the competition!

From beginner to class 3, the snowboard lessons will allow you to improve at your own pace. You will have the opportunity to take your first ski lessons with the ESF instructors who will be happy to pass on their knowledge to you.

Snowboard lessonscan be private or group and last 55 minutes. Group lessons are organized in small groups of less than 10 people for learning suitable for everyone.

Discover Nordic skiing, and in particular cross-country skiing, in the lessons organized by the Ski School. If you have never practiced, you will have the opportunity to discover balance in cross-country skiing lessons, whether for theclassic technique or skating.

You will learn to control your speed and manage your turns, and chart your route to efficiency under the guidance of one of the Ski School's instructors.
