Theski areahas a wide variety of slopes, including 200 km of surface benefiting from optimal exposure.
The School's activities offer the whole family the opportunity to practice a snow sport, in accordance with their level or age:

• Ski: With lessons for adults or teenagers, but also services adapted to younger children, ski lessons will allow you to have fun on the slopes
• Snowboard : Try snowboarding and improve your level with ESF professionals
• Handiski: the School welcomes disabled skiers for rides and lessons on adapted equipment.

ESF 2 Alpes offers ski lessons for everyone! Each person will find the course adapted to their age and level, from the first slides to competition.

Every holidaymaker will find, in Les 2 Alpes, the possibility of learning to ski whatever their level:

• Children :
  Children aged 3 to 6 will enjoy outdoor games allowing them to learn the basics of skiing in complete safety, under the supervision of professional instructors. Children aged 6 to 12 will be able to enjoy a Winter Camp, and freestyle and competition services for the most experienced.
• Adolescents :
  Teenagers will be able to learn skiing during group lessons, and if their level allows, they can try freestyle, competition and off-piste skiing, always under the supervision of qualified instructors.

• Adults :
  Private or group lessons will allow you to get started and improve. Once you reach a good level, you can discover freestyle sliding or competition!

The ESF offers numeroussnowboard coursesadapted to all levels. Specialists in snow sports, the instructors will take you on the slopes of the area adapted to your level. ESF 2 Alpes is three times French ESF boarder cross champion and offers technical equipment as well as exceptional instructors for snowboarding.

They will therefore offer you numerous services to perfect your snowboard riding technique:

• Group snowboard lessons: Packages and courses from children to adults, including teen lessons.
• Freestyle: enjoy the parks with a Monster Pipe, Half Pipe, Big Air, Rails...
• Off-Piste Snowboard with supervision : come with your equipment to enjoy off-piste skiing in complete safety.
• Kid's Park: a park specially designed for young people

The ESF des 2 Alpes provides equipment and specially trained supervision to support and teach skiing to people with disabilities.

ESF qualified instructors benefiting from specific training forhandiskiing serviceswill be happy to welcome you during special sessions which will help you discover gliding and thesensations of skiing despite disability.
Lessons can take place over 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours depending on your wishes, during the afternoon.

Suitable and approved equipment is available on site. The Dual skiand the Baquet Seatallow everyone to practice regardless of their disability (visual, mental or motor). The instructors accompany you on outings on the slopes of the area, and can introduce you to and improve your independent practice depending on the possibilities.
