The School is oriented towards sports and leisure, with numerous activities: skiing at all levels, coaching, Snowboarding, handiskiing, telemark, snowshoe rides... with for each discipline an instructor specialized in activity.

The ESF is also very family oriented, with the provision of a daycare, first snow lessons and family offers.

You will spend an exceptional vacation on the 3 valleys estate! The center also offers specific packages for seminars and business trips with the organization of sports stays, fun competitions and Olympics, heliskiing services, etc.

Comeski in Méribeland learn to ski in the best conditions at the ESF!

The center will meet you at Chaudanne Mottaret and allow you to come learn to ski on the slopes of the 3 Vallées area.

Skiing is accessible to everyone, and the ESF offers various adventures depending on the age and level of participants:

• 3 to 5 years: the youngest will be able to discover skiing in its most fun and safest form. Snow games, snacks, discovering snow sports on the program while parents are on the slopes!
• 6 to 13 years old: from 6 years old, it is possible to get your fill of adventure during real lessons! The more experienced can try freestyle or competition!
• Teenagers: ski lessons for teenagers, and thrill-oriented services with freestyle, base camp, competition...
• Adults: adults benefit from personalized services in group ski lessons or private lessons.

You can also hire an instructor for a given period, or take advantage ofcoachingsessions to perfect your skills. Very good skiers will be able to take advantage of the Off-Piste Ski School!

If you spend your holidays in the Méribel Valley, you will have the opportunity to gosnowboarding with the ESF!

You will leave from Chaudanne Mottaret to discover or improve your skiing. snowboardingis accessible to everyone, even children (8 years minimum for group snowboard lessons).

Snowboard lessons for childrenare organized from 8 years old, and only during school holidays. However, they offer a wide range of levels for a suitable experience.

Adults will be able to practice in private lessons or in group classes organized over 5 mornings from Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to discover, and reach the expert level to go off-piste snowboarding in the 3 Valleys, X boarding or tricks in the snowpark!

Teaching skiing to people with disabilities requires specific training from which ESF instructors benefit.

These will give you the opportunity to come and practice, and why not learn autonomy thanks to the handiski services!

The courses are organized in private sessions for maximum comfort, but also to guarantee total safety on the slopes.
Thehandiski lessonscan be organized over several half-days, full days, or 2-hour private lessons outside school holidays.
You will leave from the small Golf chalet, in a specific area for beginners, and always accompanied by a professional ESF instructor!
