Would you like to take a few ski lessons to get your fill of sensations on the slopes of the Montgenèvre resort? The ESF offers ski lessons suitable for everyone!

Discover, depending on your age and level, the various possibilities for learning to ski in Montgenèvre:

• from 6 months to 5 years: daycare, mini club and piou piou club will welcome children of different levels. They will enjoy the joys of snow in fun games!
• Children 5 to 14 years old: lessons in small groups, courses, competitions, private lessons... the best of skiing for the youngest
• Teenagers: Teenagers will get their adrenaline rush from skiing with free ski or free ride sessions, competition, Boarder cross, etc.
• Adults: start ski lessons in a friendly atmosphere! From group lessons to private lessons, including outings in the Great Galaxy!

The ski lessons will allow you to learn a little more about skiing and feel comfortable on the slopes. The whole family will find the training suitable and will be able to have fun on an all-schuss descent!

The center offers courses at levels:

Group snowboard lessons in Montgenèvre are limited to 8 students per instructor for optimal learning.

The ESF also organizes Snowboard Courses, for children (from 7 years old) or adults. The courses are organized over 6 afternoons, from Sunday to Friday.

You will be able to learn, improve and progress quickly! You will benefit from the experience of the ESF instructors who will train you according to your abilities, your age and your level for an exceptional experience.

Enjoy asnowshoe outing and embark on an adventure on a hike in the heart of forests of century-old trees and snow-covered landscapes.

The ESF is setting up a program of snowshoe outings during the week. You will have the opportunity to go to the Clarée valley, but also to Italy!

Discover the Chalmettes, the woods of Sestrières, the Doire valley, the Rocher de Dixeur... and even a secret valley in Italy where you will meet a shepherd and taste regional products.

It's time to fill up on sensations and recharge your batteries, whether you're on vacation with family, as a couple or with friends, in the spirit of the mountains. You will follow in the footsteps of hares, squirrels or foxes!

ESF Montgenèvre awaits you on the Voie Lactée area. Between France and Italy, the area has all kinds of trails for you to practice cross-country skiing!

You will go on a Nordic walk allowing you to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Hautes Alpes. An instructor will be at your service to help you discover the different step techniques, allowing you to progress quickly and acquire the right basics. It is a discipline that both children and adults can engage in.

In addition toprivate lessons, you will have the possibility of making a half-day or full-day commitment. The instructors will take you through the most beautiful routes in the Montgenève Val Clarée area! You will set off into the heart of nature on an exceptional outing adapted to your desires.

The Montgenèvre ESF offers youhandiskiing services!

The ski lessons are suitable for people with disabilities during which you will have the services of a specialized instructor, as well as equipment adapted to slide on the slopes !

The center offers:

• From GMS Armchairs
• Dual Ski
• Uni Ski

Sliding is therefore accessible to everyone and, as far as possible, the instructors will be happy to guide you towards independence, or to accompany visually impaired or blind people on a hike.

Handiskiing services range froma simple rideto real competitive practice for the most experienced!
If you have never practiced, the center's instructors will be able to provide you with the best services, from the discovery of the equipment to the first slides.
