The ESF is located in the Praloup area:

• A resort suitable for the whole family and where the southern spirit is everywhere...
• 180 km of slopes suitable for all levels.
• 81 slopes: 13 green, 31 blue, 32 red and 5 black.
• 2 fully equipped snowparks!

It is on this fabulous site that the ESF Praloup Snowboard offers you many ideal options for getting started or improving at your own pace:

• Minimum age 10 years.
• From “Surf Home” level to “Surf 3” level.
• Group or private lessons.

The ESF Praloup Raquettes invites you to come and discover the Praloup area in a different way...

Coming straight from the far north, snowshoes were originally a means of traveling in icy regions...Today they constitute a unique adventure to enjoy with family or friends.

Once these strange spatulas are on, you will sink, accompanied by a specialized high mountain guide, into the depths of the mountain... The fauna, the flora, the history of the area will be some of the themes covered during these discovery hikes.

The ESF Praloup Raquettes offers 2.5 hour walks in small groups, with family or friends (4 people minimum). Please note that the equipment is not provided; you will need to rent it from the resort's many specialized equipment stores.

The ESF has been fighting for many years to make skiing accessible to all.

Today the ESF Praloup Handiski has an adapted ski chair (GMS type) available to people with reduced mobility, or non-skiers, for unforgettable ski sessions on the Praloup slopes:

• Rental option with a specialized instructor for private lessons (minimum 2 hours)
• Or free of charge for families with a pilot certificate issued by Catholic relief.

It will be necessary to notify the school a few days before your visit so that they can reserve the chair for you.
