ESF Samoëns has more than 65 years of presence and teaching in the heart of Haute Savoie.

The village resort of Samoëns awaits you with its 265 kilometers of slopes, and its incredible off-piste routes! ESF instructors open the passion of skiing to everyone: children from the age of 3, adolescents, adults, including people with disabilities thanks to their equipment and handiski services .

The structure gives you the opportunity to practice skiing and/or snowboarding, from learning the basics, to competitive practice for those who wish.

Around a hundred instructors await you on site, and provide lessons throughout the winter season. Classes are spread over 5 levels for adults, and up to 11 levels for children! You will therefore find lessons adapted to your level in the Grand Massif area.

More than 100 instructors provide ski lessons at ESF Samoëns, and adapt the services according to the participants:

• Children's skiing: services and lessons for 3 - 6 year olds on secure and fun-designed terrain so that little ones can learn the pleasures of skiing in an instinctive and fun way!
• Youth skiing: Skiing for young people aged 6 to 14, organized in level courses that the children will validate by passing the various tests (stars)
• Ski for teenagers and adults: Course of several lessons to learn skiing in groups of levels.

The ESF also offers you the opportunity to hire an instructor à la carte, for one day to one week of intensive and private lessons. Your instructor can take you to discover the 5 resorts of the Grand Massif, or give you introductory or advanced ski lessons depending on your objectives and your vacation plan!

Snowboard lessons are open to everyone from the age of 10. The School gives you the opportunity to learn to ride during group lessons, or in private lessons.

Classes are held every day. The instructors will advise you on your level, and will give you a specific meeting point for the start of the course. Nothing easier ! At the end of the internship, you will be able to take a level test to validate your skills.

From the first contact with the equipment to the practice of freestyle, the instructors offer you a wide range of levels to enjoy snowboarding and improve in a personalized way, whether you are in group lessons or in private lesson.
In commitment formula, your instructor accompanies you to discover the Grand Massif and its 5 resorts. The commitment formula can be adapted to your desires for a à la carte snowboarding stay.

At ESF Samoëns, skiing is not a privilege but a passion accessible to all. This is why the instructors will offer you handiski solutions.

People with disabilities will benefit from private lessons with equipment specially adapted according to the disability.

In Samoëns, a disabled ski association provides the ESF with the necessary equipment for safe and comfortable skiing for people with visual impairments, lower limb disabilities, severe disabilities and for mild disabilities.

The only condition for taking advantage of the handiski sessions is to book as early as possible with the ESF, in order to allow time for the center's professionals to organize.
Handiskiing is also aimed at non-skiers such as the elderly.
